  • Individualised Personnel division for Owners / Operators
  • Recruitment and Selection either full or partial Spaniard complement, or a combination with crews from our associated companies / agents. All of them highly qualified, trained and certified according STCW 78 / 95.
  • Training Courses: Professional Courses according to IMO, Flag State and Owner / Ibernor requirements.
  • Special Training / Familiarization according to requirements of STCW 78 / 95 Code, specially Ch. V & VI, and ISM Code Chapter VI “Resources and Personnel”.
  • Payment to Seastaff: Administration and control.
  • Travels: Special fares for joining and repatriation.
  • Insurance, Social Security formalities (Immigration, etc.). Attendance to crewmember at port and at home in the instances of accident / illness onboard. Needless to say this includes Medicare.
